Cant download apps to sd card on phone

I cant download apps form WS to sd, when i try i see that app is downloading but in the end it show error, but this only happen when i set the app to be stored in sd, and i checked if the problem is in sd card but its works normal on other phone so idk what to do, i even tried hard reset but it dont helps.
